The rules are short: do not harm other people, and do not put the service itself at risk.
Not allowed
Producing, storing or sharing unlawful content - child sexual abuse material above all.
Harassment, threats, extortion, hate speech, or singling people out as targets.
Collecting personal data without permission, or spreading someone else's without consent.
Distributing malware, phishing, or using Prisma to defraud.
Bulk unsolicited messages, or creating accounts automatically.
Attacking the server or other users, overloading the service, or trying to get around its
security.
Using the wallet to launder the proceeds of crime.
Accessing someone else's account, or impersonating them.
If you find a security hole
Write to @administration. As long as you report it without exploiting it, without
reaching other people's data and before publishing it, we will not pursue you. Please give us
reasonable time to fix it.
If you break the rules
Depending on what happened we may remove content, suspend an account or close it. Where the
law obliges us to report something, we report it. If you think a decision was out of proportion,
write to the same account.
What end-to-end encryption means here
We cannot read the content of messages inside Prisma. When we look at a complaint we have
what the person reporting shows us and technical records at the account level - nothing more.
That does not mean the rules go unenforced; we would rather be honest about what we can see.
